As well as the required service to the machine, the electrical plug was replaced for safety, the flex correctly sorted out and a new light bulb inserted - all part of the great, professional service. "When my much loved Bernina sewing machine went up in smoke, 2 days later, I just happened to see another Bernina machine for sale on Facebook which stated, it had been serviced & guaranteed for 3 months. I messaged the seller asking where she had her machine serviced & explained that my machine went up in smoke. I received an instant reply from Katie advising me that the condenser on my machine has gone & they have a workshop for repairing & servicing sewing machines & they are called K & B Sewing Machine. I was well impressed that someone knew exactly what was wrong with my machine without having seen it.  Without hesitation, I duly booked in for my machine to be repaired & serviced by them.

Within a week, my machine was picked up from my house; repaired, serviced & brought back & installed back into the cabinet exactly a week later as promised. I had my machine for 30 years & now my machine is just like it was when I first bought it. Thank you.
