I can't recommend the business enough. I've just had my Janome Atelier serviced and received some excellent advice over how to use it that will make my future sewing easier. I also asked about my old Janome and had brought the plate to show her, Katie noticed it was damaged and buffed it for me. Whilst there I purchased a refurbished overlocker and was talked through its workings. I was reassured that if I had any problems with either machine to recontact the store. The attention to detail and wealth of knowledge is excellent.

I found this little gem of a shop quite recently. How have I managed without it all this time? There are some really useful workshops given by Anita. She is both patient and knowledgeable. I initially attended a stay & play overlocker session. Never having used one before or even knowing if I needed one, being able to have a go on different models with no obligation was great. Since then I have signed up for Anita's dressmaking course, a 'fitting' workshop and this morning attended Techniques Thursday on all things Jersey. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. Anita has juggled times and dates so that I can attend her dressmaking course. Where else would that happen? Katie has serviced my Pfaff after a long period of disuse. On hearing I was attending a class today she made sure it was ready for me and even checked the tension on another machine that I brought along. For machine servicing, advice on all things sewing, classes, a friendly face and exceptional customer service look no further.

I wanted to buy a new sewing machine from a local shop and so pleased that I found K & B. Very helpful on my first visit, giving me information on the different types of machine available and within my budget. I then took time to research and think about what I really wanted. I went back this weekend and I was able to have a practice on the machine, I had decided on, before purchasing. Exceptional customer service. 😊

I would give this place 10 stars. This place is a MUST for anyone who sees!! The customer service is fab! This morning instead of just showing me how to oil my 1950s hand singer, she did it for there & then. Highly recommend .

Very helpful lady who appears to be well informed on most machines. Can I add to this review as after I had walked to their shop only to find it closed I contacted them by e.mail and their engineer phoned me on Saturday am and because I had been put out arranged to visit me and sort the problem, he arrived as agreed and mended my machine. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I recently bought a new sewing machine from K and B sewing machines. I received such a lot of really helpful advice as to the type of machine I needed. They helped me with a demonstration, and when I rang them with a query about some stitching a few days later, they talked me through it over the phone. I would 100% recommend them .

Hi K&B I picked up my Bernina. Sewing machine yesterday after having a full service and a new foot pedal I have just used it for the first time after the service and I am absolutely delighted with it you did a really great job it’s like sewing with a new machine so I wanted to thank you once again I have my lovely sewing machine back again I would highly recommend you ❤️

I part exchanged my machine for a Bernina 335 today . The whole experience was a joy even had a cup of tea made for me whilst I tested machines ! I left knowing I had the made the right choice for my sewing needs . Love my Bernina . Thank you so much for your time and expertise. Julie
